We're looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth across Nordic and European banks — building relationships with decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and guiding prospects from first contact through to signed contract.

You have a commercial mindset and thrive at the intersection of complex B2B sales and financial services. You understand how banks work, know how to navigate long sales cycles, and are energised by bringing a genuinely differentiated product to market. At itea P2B, our platform processes complex pricing and billing flows for some of Europe's leading banks — and quality is non-negotiable. We're seeking a Product Quality Analyst to own the testing and validation of our core product, ensuring every release meets the high standards our banking clients depend on.

You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and are comfortable working closely with both developers and product teams. Experience with financial systems or regulated environments is a plus. If you take pride in building software that just works, we'd love to hear from you.

Our cloud-native platform prices and bills millions of transactions, and the engineering problems run deep: high-volume data processing, complex pricing logic, bank-grade reliability, and integrations with core banking systems.

We are offering a master thesis position for a final-year computer science student. We do not define the thesis topic in advance. Instead, you will spend time understanding what we build and why, and together we shape a thesis project around a real problem across the full stack, where your skills and interests fit.
